We're dedicating the next week to introducing the new PFCM personnel.
First up, our fabulous new intern, Kaitlyn Dougher. We'll all miss Peter, but Kaitlyn is a very worthy replacement; we're excited to have someone so well versed in both visual art and music.
PFCM Intern Kaitlyn Dougher is a student at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania where she studies Music Performance (Saxophone) and Fine Arts (Photography), and minors in Art History. She performs in Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble I, Symphonic Band, Marching Band and Saxophone Ensemble. She loves going to jazz clubs to see her favorite musicians play in her free time. Kaitlyn's work was selected to be in the 2014 InVision College Photography Contest juried by Larry C. Price. She has also displayed her work in a solo show in the "Corner Gallery" at Kutztown University.
Kaitlyn will be taking care of all the normal intern duties... errands, stagehand, a bit of PR and advertising... but will also help the visual artists with their installations and creative process. Since she's a photographer, perhaps she can conquer social media via images. We're also hoping she'll bring her sax and play at the open mic night.
More posts about the other new personnel coming soon!
