TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS

If you'd rather a place of your own, VRBO has a listing of nearby available homes at reasonable rates.

For those that are slightly more adventurous, camping at the Jamaica State Park is a wonderful option.

If you're flying to the festival, the Albany Airport (ALB) is the easiest to use. From there, a rental car will get you to Jamaica, VT in about an hour and a half.

There are other larger airports in the vicinity (Boston's Logan Airport, for example), but they will require a longer drive.

If you'd rather bus/train transportation (Amtrak, Peter Pan, Greyhound, etc), Brattleboro, VT will be your final destination. From there, Jamaica is about a 45 minute drive.

Jamaica is located at the base of Stratton Mountain on VT Route 30. It is about 30 minutes east of Manchester, VT or 45 minutes west of Brattleboro, VT. Bondville (west), Londonderry (north), and Townshend (east) are neighboring towns.

Once in Jamaica, there are several nearby bed and breakfasts that can make your stay enjoyable. Contact the Three Mountain Inn, The Stone Boat Farm, The Cold Moon Farm, or The Jamaica House and mention that you'll be in town for the Pikes Falls Chamber Music Festival.
