Just a quick reminder that we're performing at the Academy of Vocal Arts this Sunday (June 1) at 3PM with the intention of completing our 2014 fundraising. On that note, thank you so much to all the recent contributors. We've raised almost $17,000 ($5000 since announcing the concert); we're getting close to our $22,000 goal! As is typical of PFCM's programming, this concert will combine an eclectic mix of composers. Mozart and Piazzolla will be joined by pieces written by two of Inscape's composers-in-residence, Nathan Lincoln-Decusatis and Philadelphia's Joe Hallman. The Hallman will be accompanied by projected video created by the festival's cinematographer during their 2013 season. Both Nathan and Joe will be at the concert. And, many thanks to Windworks for providing a reception to follow. As I mentioned before, even if you can't make it to the recital, please consider supporting PFCM. As a small thank you, anyone who contributes before June 4 will receive a digital release of the June 1 performance. (Select 'Pikes Falls Chamber Music Festival' from the Program list.)
As always, thank you for the support! Comments are closed.
