We are in Jamaica and were so excited to join in the festivities of Jamaica Day! Thank you for inviting us into your celebration of this amazing community -- we are grateful to call this place home.
Important update! We want to clarify a printing error on our bookmarks this year. The final concert of the festival is on SATURDAY, August 22nd at 7pm in the Jamaica Town Hall. Sorry for the confusion, and please spread the word! (We've only handed out 800 of them with the wrong day printed... nothing to worry about, right??) On Wednesday, The Commons had a wonderful article about the festival. Make sure to check it out! Our festival events start this coming Tuesday with "Meet the Instruments" for families at the Jamaica Library at 12pm and the Garden Party at 3417 Rt 30 at 5:30pm. Check it all out on our website, and be sure to reserve a seat for the evening concerts! Comments are closed.
