ANNA MCCARTHY, INTERN

PFCM Intern Anna McCarthy is a rising senior at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where she is studying Music Education. As both a singer and a flutist, she performs with the university's concert choir, chamber choir and wind ensemble, and even sings for the jazz band. This August, Anna will perform for the fourth consecutive summer with the A Cappella Project - Philadelphia, and she regularly participates in community outreach, fundraising and clinics for the organization throughout the year. She frequently attends concerts and music festivals of all genres, particularly during the summer months, as she loves to listen to music just as much as she loves to play it. Apart from her musical endeavors, Anna enjoys running and working at her part-time job at Trader Joe’s.
